Hello all mcneutron readers,

<p>I've found a bug in the handling of string parameters for instruments.

<br>Thus, I corrected that, and this requires to update the cogen.c and

lib/mcfrontlib.pl files before McStas 1.4 installation.

<p>Then you will be able to use mcstas simlations with instrument string

parameters:

<p>for instance if you define an instrument by

<p>DEFINE INSTRUMENT D11(GuideSampleLength, string GuideType, Lambda)

<p>you can run it with

<p>mcrun d11 -f MyOutput -n 1e6 -N 32 GuideSampleLength=20 GuideType=Glass

Lambda=4.5,20

<p>mcplot is ok with it.
