Hello Kristian,

thanks for finding the error! The gap should be 20cm long but not 2mm
wide! The problem is that I obviously copied the wrong value for w1
for part3. Instead of .038644 it should of course be .036522 so that
the widths of entrance and exit of the guides match! With the wrong
number I of course had a too large slope for the side faces of the
last part of the guide and this explaines the missing intensity at
some angles in the horizontal divergence profile! The 20m gap itself
makes sense (there will be the third barrier against water leakage)
and this gap also is included within beamline.
At the moment I'm rerunning the job with constant slope all over the
guide. I bet now there is no difference in the profiles...
