Mcstas example programs

Hi

I used the extra option in the compilation and now get counts in the
detector file.  However I'm still uncertain that I get the correct result.
I've attached the resulting detector file when the simulation was executed
using the command

./prisma2.out --ncount=2e6 TT=-30 PHA=22 PHA1=-3 PHA2=-2 PHA3=-1 PHA4=0
PHA5=1 PHA6=2 PHA7=3 TTA=44

I wondered if you let me know if it is working OK now.
