New release v1.1 of McStas

I am pleased to announce that McStas v1.1 has been released and may be
downloaded from the web site:

    http://elu-alf-2.risoe.dk/~elu-krni/mcstas/

The main new features include an extended component library, a new and
better output file format, and a new "mcplot" graphical front-end, as
well as a much improved "mcdisplay" front-end. See the CHANGES file in
the distribution for details on what is new in v1.1.

As usual, please report any problems so that they may be fixed in a
later version. Especially Windows and Macintosh users are encouraged to
test the new output file format, since this has potential portability
problems that we cannot test ourself at Risø. There will be a bug-fix
release on April 30, so any problems reported before then stand a good
chance of a quick solution.
