New release v1.1 of McStas

Hello Kristian,

Thanks for the news about McStas!
I have just finished the simulations with McStas! Our instrument is well
defined now (as we think...). Again let me thank you for helping! McStas
has been a very important feature in our work. 
The instrument and of course the simulation results will be presented at
the N99 in Berlin and at the ECNS99 in Budapest. I'm sure you will be in
Budapest. How about Berlin?
