First off all: Thanks for the reply (you're right with the intensities,
I was a little bit too fast). Another point concerning the monochromator
component: The analyser component of focus90/69 consists of perfect
crystals which means that they normally have no mosaic spread
(mosaich=mosaicv=0). While the calculation of the mc-probability the
p-value is calculated via tmp3 (prop. to 1/mosaich) so p should be set
to 1 in this case (I hope that I'm right).
