new IN14 tutorial example at ILL

Hello everybody,

I've installed a complete tutorial web page <
http://www.ill.fr/tas/mcstas/tutorial.html > showing how to design,
compile and use McStas for the IN14 instrument at ILL.
It is intended to show you 'with hands' how to use McStas step by step.
If you begin with McStas and want to do some serious work, go there !

The McStas library page of ILL also gathers all current components for
