Investigating mcgui crash on mica

Hi Emmanuel,

Ok, I will start investigating the problem in more detail. I plan to use
the X server on macfarhi to display the Tk stuff on (I will write some
simple test programs that will not need any input!). I will try not to
disturb anything on the screen, but if strange windows start to pop up,
I am probably the one causing it. If it causes any trouble for you let
me know, and I will think of something else to try.
