IN6 simulation

Dear Kristian Nielsen,

we want to simultate a Time of Flight instrument (ILL IN6) with the
McStas program. For our 3 monochromators (one behind another) we would
need a component that allows it for each neutron either to be propagated
(in the original z direction) or to be scattered independently.
Obviously this is not possible with the McStas monochromator component.
Do you have any idea of what we would have to change in the original
component ?
