Unsolicited advertising

Dear neutron simulators,

Unfortunately, the neutron-mc at risoe.dk mailing list has become the
victim of unsolicited e-mail advertisement (usually called SPAM). I
apologize for the inconvenience to all on this list that received these
messages.

I have now changed the list so that only people subscribing to the list
may send messages to it. Hopefully this will avoid the problem in the
future.
