New GUI display progams for mcstas

Hi All,

I have uploaded some new display programs to the exchange file area.

They use opengl to render in 3D and run on windows and unix (though
only tested on our sgi  so far).  The easiest thing is to look at mc3d.txt
from the exchange area and then decide what files you need to download.
