[neutron-mc] McStas survey - results

Hello everyone!

As you may have noticed, the McStas users survey ended on
September 23rd. I have now put together a summary web
page on the survey results, which can be found at

http://mcstas.risoe.dk/survey

The results are very much in line with what has been decided
for the TODO list for next release of McStas, which is very
satisfying.
