[mcstas-users] Problem with Matlab on Linux

Dear Jesus,

The output ' sh: no: command not found ' simply means that your McStas installation is not aware of the Matlab to execute.

Edit your /usr/local/lib/mcstas/perl/mcstas_config.perl and exchange the 'no' for the location of your matlab executable in the line that says:

     MATLAB => 'no',

I am trying to use Matlab on McStas por Linux.
It works good with the results of the monitors, but It doesn't work if I try to visualize the instrument definition, i.e. the trace option.

I used this commands:

My linux distro is Gentoo. I have tried to recompile perl and glibc but it didn't work.
