Dear Jon,
First of all - you might consider upgrading to McStas 2.2a, but I assume you have some reason for staying with 2.0 so let's work with that.
I'd be happy to help you. - I'll try to reproduce your problem - can you tell me which windows version you have, and can you send me your instrument file, so we're certain not to comparew apples to pears?
