[mcstas-users] Reminder: McStas-user lightning talks at ICANS in Malmö

ICANS 2026 – McStas Lightning Talks (April 14, Malmö)
The McStas team, together with the ICANS organizers, is hosting an informal lightning-talk session on Tuesday, April 14 (afternoon), focused on instrument simulation.
Who can attend?
Anyone attending ICANS who works with or is interested in:

  *   McStas / McStasScript
  *   Instrument simulation
  *   NCrystal, MCPL
  *   Related tools (e.g. VITESS)
Lightning talk format

  *   Very short talk
  *   No slides required (max one slide if needed)
  *   Possible topics:
     *   Instrument-simulation work
     *   Problems or limitations haven been encountered
     *   Ideas for improvements or new features
     *   Any McStas- or simulation-related topic
The goal is immediate discussion and feedback, and potentially starting work on solutions or documentation during the ICANS week.
