mcdoc - default values for input parameters

For example,

  DEFINE COMPONENT GUIDE
  SETTING PARAMETERS(R0 = 1, ...)

This would make the R0 parameter optional, with a default value of
1. This is already implemented in my current development version. I
guess a similar syntax will be implemented for instrument input
parameters.
