McStas workshop, deadline for registration

Dear McStas community member

As previously announced, a Workshop on McStas will take place at Risoe,
Denmark January 24-27, 2001. 

24/1: 13:00  Ideas for virtual experiments, experiment planning, and data
analysis. (discussion and brainstorm)
      19:00  Get together party at Risoe
25/1:  9:00  The McStas project, kernel, components, and instruments.
New developments and needs of the community. (meeting, talk, and
      12:00 Lunch
      13:00 Continuation of the discussion (informal)
      Evening: free
26/1:  9:00  Special session on ESS simulation (talk and discussion)
      12:00  Lunch
      13:00  Continuation of either ESS or McStas general (informal)
      19:00  McStas Dinner in Roskilde
27/1:  9:00  Special session on polarised neutrons (discussion)
      12:00  Lunch
      15:00  End of Workshop (depends on the morning discussion)
The Workshop will be very informal with a maximum of time for discussion
and access to computers with McStas installed. Thus, no postersession and 
no proceedings are planned. The number of talks and the length of the
talks will be limited.

The price of the Workshop will be kept at a minimum, around 250 Euros
(including accomodation, not including lunch). If the Workshop receives
support from the Neutron Round Table, the price may be reduced even more.
Final price and terms of payment will be announced as soon as possible.
