McStas: support for polarization

Dear McStas user,

We plan to release a version 1.4.2 of McStas on Friday this week (April
6) with support for a three-component description of spin polarization.
After discussions with Kristian Nielsen, it actually turned out that he
already implemented all necessary extensions in the kernel, which means
that it is only the components that have to be modified. It should be
emphasized that in 1.4.2 only the support for coding components and
running simulations with a three-component description of polarization
will be included. Components actually using spin polarization will be
included one by one.

Other minor suggestions to be included in 1.4.2. are welcome.
