[neutron-mc] McStas status

Hello everyone

As some of you may have noticed, the developer team
originally aimed at releasing a new McStas release
before the end of 2002.

To make the next McStas release a complete success, we
have decided to postpone release until all the needed
work has been done. This will most likely take a couple
of months.

Until then, you may have a sneak preview of one of the
new features, that is 3D instrument rendering for mcdisplay.
A set of gif images for you to look at have been attached to
this message in a tar.gz archive.
