[neutron-mc] Trace on Win32 with the Vanadium example

Hello Philip,
I think the problem comes from the fact that mcdisplay/Scilab needs the Plotlib Scilab library, which you may get at <http://www.dma.utc.fr/%7Emottelet/myplot.html>, or following the links from <http://www-rocq.inria.fr/scilab/contributions.html>.
This library is very easy to install.
mcplot does not require this library.
