[neutron-mc] how to calculate neutron glass parameters

Hello, dear McStas experts!

In the `Guide' component the reflectivity function is defined,
on alpha, m, W, Qc, R0 parameters.  But no one from them is considered
in the description to the glasses the guide was maintained from.

Could anybody hint me how should I calculate these parameters, or
refer me to articles/papers/URL's, where this subject is discussed?
