[neutron-mc] how to calculate neutron glass parameters

Hello Timur,

The substrate has mainly an effect on the 'alpha' parameter, which usually
ranges from 3 to 7.
Silicon alpha=3
Float Glass and Borkron alpha=5 to 6
Polished Nickel (and probably ost metals) alpha~7
