[neutron-mc] Addentum: MPI support

Hello there,
Aaron Percival and I have now gotten MPICH2 to work with McStas on Windows.
(Up to now successful only on a local machine with several
processors/cores.)
I will do the needed modifications in the next stable release (mcstas-1.11)
to allow everyone to use this.
