[mcstas-users] roughness of mirror in the Guide component

Dear Shu,
Most used versions of the Guides use a "flat" mirror, where the
reflectivity curve is given by an analytical form or a tabulated input. I
believe the roughness could be included in these tables (which we leave
for the users to calculate).
There is a guide version, where waviness is included, i.e. where the
deviations from a flat surface are much larger than the neutron
wavelength. Here, the angle of exit does not equal the angle of incidence.
