Reflectivity of PG monochromator crystals

Dear simulators,

Do any of you happen to know any published (or unpublished) work on the
reflectivity of PG crystals for monochromators and analysers? I am
currently developing new and more realistic basic components - and I need
this information for the new monochromator component.
